FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• My estimated delivery date passed! Where's my stuff?

We have estimated delivery dates turned off, so if you're seeing one it's probably wrong! This may be caused by a third party app. You will always get a notification email from us when your order gets shipped.

• My order was canceled! Why?!

The short answer is that we didn't have the item you ordered. The long answer is that our inventory has some blips and bugs due to the fact that we have to keep track of thousands of comic issues and books! Shopify is directly integrated to the Point of Sale system we use in the shop, but it doesn't always update correctly. Sometimes our numbers are off, sometimes there's just a glitch. We try our best, but we just can't catch everything!

• I don't see what I want in your store. Can you order it for me?

Maybe! If it's a comic book and it's available from our distributors, we absolutely can. Some things may be out of print, or from a distributor we don't have access to, so it all depends. Shoot us an email or call us and ask!
